This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
From 11/07/24, we are no longer offering free returns.
Orders placed prior to 11/07/24 can still use the prepaid return label but orders placed after 11/07/24, the return postage cost must be met by the customer.
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please inform us within 14 days after you have received your delivery. The item must then be returned within 14 days after you have have notified us. The order must be returned in its original packaging with any tags and labels still attached. If you are returning goods to us, you will be responsible for the return postage charges and these will not be refunded by us. We are unable to refund postage charges on the initial order or return postage charges unless you received free delivery.
Any item returned to us must be unused, and its original condition. We cannot accept returns with the tags missing or broken, so please ensure you are happy with the item before removing any labels or tags.

The customer is requested to examine any goods as soon as possible, and should a fault be found in the product please notify us within 72 hours. If you are returning an item because of an error on the part of our company or because it is damaged or defective please contact within 3 days of receiving the item to notify us of the damage or fault. We will provide a freepost return label to you.
