Delivery
We aim to dispatch your parcels within 1-2 working days, however it may be longer should we enter a busier period. Please remember, we are only a very small company and do try our best to get them out as quick as possible. Once your item is dispatched, you should recieve it within 48 hours if you chose Tracked 48 OR got free delivery. If you chose Tracked 24, you will recieve your item 24 hours AFTER it has been dispatched. Please note Tracked 24, is not a next day delivery service, it is a next day delivery after your order has dispatched from us.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
For orders under £50 we offer two delivery options:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.29
Royal Mail Tracked 24 £6.99
Collection
All orders can also be from our shop in Stanley Street, Leek at no additional charge.
You can either wait for a 'ready to collect email' or alternatively if you need your order sooner, please just give us a ring/ email or come instore and we are more than happy to accommodate for you.
Please note we are open on the following days and time, and items can only be collect during these times.
Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday: 10am-4pm
Wednesday: 10am-4pm
Thursday: 10am-4pm
Friday: 10am-4pm
Saturday: 9:30am-4pm
Sunday: CLOSED (expect the first Sunday of every month 11am-2pm)
